Radio Romance is our weekly series that highlights songs you may not have heard yet or considered for your wedding day playlist.
This week on Radio Romance:
Misty Roses by Astrud Gilberto
Famous for her jazz and bossa nova in the 1960's, Astrud Gilberto was quick to establish herself with pop hits like The Girl From Ipanema (which she won a Grammy for) and Fly Me To The Moon.
Misty Roses is an enchanting masterpiece by this Brazilian legend. It brings to mind the early morning reflection of the sunrise bouncing off of a flower petal, and it definitely makes us want to wake up every morning with the feelings of love and peacefulness that it exudes.
