Dance Down the Aisle

Jul23

Want to spice up your ceremony and add a little bit of grove to it?  Take a page out of this couple's book.  They had their entire wedding party all dance down the aisle to "Forever" by Chris Brown.

Adding something personal and fun to your ceremony can make it such a memorable event for you and your guests.  Our favorite parts are hands down the first two bridesmaids who are perfectly in sync, when the groom comes out for the first time, and the Matrix-esque slow-motion dance movements at the altar.

Have you ever thought about adding something extra to your ceremony?  Honoring the pomp and circumstance, but also bringing in a little bit of fun?

All we can say is that suddenly the entire OurWeddingDay.com team is now debating starting some sort of group dance with perfect choreography a là teen movies of the 1990's in which everyone seems to strangely break out into a dance number.  Now that would be something to film!

I think this is ridiculous. Who would do that in a church? It might have been okay to do in the reception venue, but not to go down the aisle. morons.

This is the kind of unforgettable event that comes with good planning and choreography. It can be achieved without any kind of professional help, but a good wedding planner and entertainer can bring special moments to your wedding without copying what someone else has already done.

Ask your prospective DJ or planner what they have done for others that have made those weddings fun and unique!

this is such a great thing to do! I have been planning my wedding for two years, and was actually supposed to get married last year in march, but because of financial reasons we waited one more year. I have been planning to dance down the isle at my wedding to, but after seeing this i feel like everyone will think that i am just copying something i have seen. But i planned to do this TWO YEARS AGO!

I'm with the above poster that didn't like this... if this is what you want you wedding to be, then take it out of the Church. This is dishonoring to God.

I can understand how dancing down the aisle is not for everyone. However to call it "ridiculous", "dishonoring God" and call the people who did "morons" is more out of line than the nasayers think the actual dance is. What an incredibly mean way to talk about someone else's wedding. A wedding is a CELEBRATION. Not just the reception, but the wedding itself. I'm a Christian and I see nothing wrong with what they did. There was plenty of celebrating in Biblical times. Please note...not all of the people dancing were devil worshipers or heathens. Remember, judge not lest ye be judged.

To the couple that put so much effort into having THAT much fun at your wedding...I hope your marriage lasts forever. May God bless you and your marriage.

So what these two IDIOTS are saying is that it is against GOD to have fun in a church and dance and laugh and sing ! First of all, how dare YOU decide what is right or wrong in the eyes of GOD !! There are MANY churches that not only allow music and dancing in them but the ministers themselves are a part of the FUN !! I think that these people are in fact honoring God by CELEBRATING THEIR LOVE IN HIS HOUSE !!! Don't you think this is what God wants !!! Why would God want every moment spent in churches to be glum and serious ??? IT IS A PLACE TO REJOICE !!! That's what they were doing and I am happy for them ! People who claim to be so religious should listen to God and NOT JUDGE OTHER PEOPLE !!! I am actually thinking about doing something like this on wedding day ! It looks like it was an absolute BLAST !!! Great job !!
