Since then she's put out a number of singles, and it's not hard to see why she's so well respected and loved (last years' New Amerikah topped many years-end 10 Best lists). Her voice weaves into her music with such grace and precision that it puts her listeners into a trance. Never one to skimp on the bass, 2003's Love Of My Life (An Ode To Hip-Hop) is sure to make you move. Oh, and guest vocals from Common are never a bad thing.
