So we've all discussed vintage hair styles but perhaps we've glossed over the most important part: the dress! Check out this gorgeous wedding dress Sarah wore on her big day. The lace detailing is stunning and matches perfectly with her simple, chic chignon. What do you think of her dress. Is it too vintage (if that's even possible)? Entertainment Weekly has just posted a great photo gallery of famous weddings gowns shown on both film and television. They cover everything from the newly released Bride Wars (yes, we're going to see this tonight and yes, we will be recapping it Monday for you), to The Sound of Music and Funny Face.

All we can say is we are glad they included Audrey Hepburn. And as a sidenote, could Amy Adams be any cuter in Enchanted?

Page Six is reporting that bridal designer Gabriella Risatti will knock off 30 copies of the Vivienne Westwood wedding dress that Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker) wears in the Sex And The City movie.

You know, the one Carrie wears when she's stood up at the alter. Maybe the dresses will be luckier for other brides.

Oh, and it doesn't even come with the infamous bird-y hairpiece.

Life Magazine has always incredibly well-known for their photographs. One of the premier publications that documented American living, they highlighted everything from girls dancing in poodle skirts, to the highest of high-fashion celebrations taking place across the country.

Now they'll fascinate and inspire you all over again.

Google announced today that they are now going to host all of the images from Life on their website, and that's where we've been all morning, looking at the most romantic and opulent weddings over the years.

Check out the elegance of Grace Kelly, who married Prince Rainier of Monaco in 1956. It's hard to beat the fairytale wedding of a movie star becoming a real life Princess!
