Planning an at-home wedding is so romantic: There’s the flower search, the gown, the…insurance? While filling out an insurance form before your big day might not sound like the most exciting aspect of getting married, it’s a subject you might want to consider.

Insurance plans vary, from about $500 to around $15,000, depending on the type of coverage you seek. When shopping around, carefully consider what different policies offer and whether or not it’s necessary for the affair you’re planning. At-home insurance can offer peace of mind, and is generally less-expensive than regular wedding insurance, as you don’t need to worry about, say, covering damage to the reception hall... Phyllis Nefler is back from her vacation, and as great a job as Lilit Marcus did filling in for her last week, we're thrilled Altarcations is back to normal.  Check out this cute little 'welcome back' that Gawker inserted to the beginning of her post: "She's well rested from vacation and is in the shotgun position to take on this week's NYT's Weddings & Celebrations, filled with funny hats, Jews, iPods, and a serious lack of N.W.A. Typical."

This week Nefler expresses her new-found love of Southern weddings and suggests that Southern bridal parties require a special name.  She suggests a few, before her Southern collegue settles the matter:

"I think we need to come up with a word for that particular bride and her ladies. A rhinestone of southern women? A gossip of gals? A cackle? A platinum? A whoopdedoo?

"Reached via Twitter, Lilit decreed: "The technical term is 'all y'all.' We will also accept "a pageant."

Then it's on to this week's weddings, which featured a surprising number of funny hats and unintentional connections to "Steel Magnolias" and "The Thomas Crown Affair!"

Welcome back, Phyllis!

Michael Bublé has been engaged to Argentinian actress Luisana Loreley Lopilato de la Torre for two months!

"Michael proposed to his girlfriend, Luisana, in November, in front of her family in Argentina," rep Liz Rosenberg tells People Magazine. "They're ecstatic. They're adorable, in love and laugh all day long."

Singer Jamie Cullum married food writer (and granddaughter of Roald Dahl) Sophie Dahl on Saturday in England.

The happy couple met two years ago at a charity event over two years ago and became in engaged last spring.

Congratulations Sophie and Jamie!

They hadn't even hit their first anniversary yet, but on January 6 Fergie and Josh Duhamel renewed their marriage vows in Santa Barbara.  The couple were married on January 10, 2009 in Malibu.

We know their was a scandal a few months ago involving accusations of infidelity on Josh's part (both deny everything), so perhaps this was a way to tell the world they've put all that behind them and are moving on as a loving couple.

A guest described the ceremony as "really romantic, great views of the Pacific, sunset ceremony."
