Heidi Klum Talks Marital Bliss and Keeping Your Figure

Everyone knows that Heidi Klum & Seal make an adorable couple. She's already shared her thoughts on taking her married name, and now she talks to The Huffington Post about keeping 'marital bliss' alive and keeping her body fit after giving birth. Here's a preview:

HP: What are your tips for maintaining marital bliss?

Klum: We're happy, we're in love, and we're having a great time. We love family life, we love to travel and experience things together and make memories together. We appreciate each other, we respect each other, he understands what I do, and I understand what he does. And I also think it's about having fun and doing silly things.

HP: You recently appeared topless in a beautiful Allure spread. How do you keep "the girls" perky after four children?

Klum: [Laughs] I think in terms of keeping "the girls" perky, well, I think there's no secret to it. They either are or they aren't. And I think that just has to do with exercise and a lot with your genes. You either have the genes or you don't have the genes. Some people don't get stretch marks. I get more wrinkles around my eyes because that's in my genes. My mom has that so I have that. At a certain point you can't do anything about things, they just appear.

Taking Your Husband's Name, Years Later

Supermodel and Project Runway Grand Dame Heidi Klum has just legally become Heidi Samuel, taking husband Seal's surname... 4 years after their marriage (or as we like to call it, their "first wedding").

The taking of the groom's surname continues to be a hot topic for modern brides, and we couldn't help but wonder how waiting to change names affects the debate. Is it unromantic, in a 'waiting to be sure' kind of way, or is it incredibly romantic in a 'reaffirming my devotion in a totally unexpected way' kind of way?

There isn't a standard rule of etiquette as to when to take your husband's name, because until recent generations there practically no discussion about whether individual brides wanted to take their spouses names.

What do you think? Will you be taking your husband's name? If so, will you take it right away? Do you think the taking of the grooms name is the "right thing to do," is is it more of a personal choice? How to hyphenated last names factor in?

This weekend, on their fifth anniversary, Heidi Klum and Seal dressed (intentionally, we assume) ridiculously and got married for the fourth time.

Congratulations! They sure seem to be having fun!
